Delete your DineDrop account

You can request permanent deletion of your DineDrop customer account and associated personal data from inside the app.

How to delete in the app

1. Open the DineDrop customer app and sign in.
2. Go to My Account (Account tab).
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm with Yes when asked if you are sure.
5. Optionally enter a reason for leaving, then tap Delete.

When deletion is blocked

You cannot delete your account while you have an ongoing order, delivery, or unresolved payment. Finish, cancel, or resolve those first, then try again.

What is deleted

• Your login and profile (name, email, phone)
• Saved delivery addresses and favorites
• Device / push tokens tied to your account
• Uploaded ID documents (if any)

What may be kept

Some order, payment, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for a limited period where needed for operations, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy.
