By using DineDrop Food(website or Android app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. DineDrop Food is operated by TodaGo Software Development Services.

1. Service

DineDrop Food connects customers with restaurants and delivery riders in supported service areas in the Philippines. We are a marketplace platform; restaurants prepare food and riders perform delivery. All prices and fees are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Orders & payments

• Prices, fees, and ETAs are estimates until the order is confirmed
• Payment methods include cash on delivery (where enabled) and online payments via PayMongo (including GCash, QR Ph, and cards)
• Promotions are subject to stated rules and availability
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform (fraudulent orders, harassment, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass security). We may refuse service where necessary to protect users or partners.

5. Availability

Service areas, restaurant hours, and rider availability vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific delivery times.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, DineDrop Food and TodaGo Software Development Services are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from restaurant food quality, rider delays outside our control, or third-party payment outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
